This module facilitates the informative graphical representation of Organizational Structures and Hierarchy of Designations. When designations are created for the organization, Competencies can be defined broadly in technical and managerial areas of each job category and it will be linked with the HR Administrator. HR Planning facilitates Manpower Planning.
