Expo Lanka Group is an international Organization with companies all over the world. As the first phase Microimage implemented its HRIS system for its companies located in Sri Lanka. One of the key challenges across the group was to analyze the training needs and provide training focusing on the gaps identified. Further they needed a effective method of training assessments and after training evaluations across the group. With the introduction of Microimage Learning Management solution with the multi channelled self service facility the company has successfully achieved its target. Another key Implementation is the installation of Kiosks with user interfaces in all 3 languages (Sinhala/Tamil/English) to cater to employees who do not have access to computers on a daily basis to access their user portals.
