Robinsons group’s key challenge was to manage high volume of training sessions, catering different levels of training programs across the distributed outlets. An effective and efficient nomination mechanism was a key requirement. With Microimage HCM Learning Management Module Robinson group has achieved its target effectively.

With the large number of service level staff another challenge was to capture training feedbacks and training effectiveness via computerized solution as most of the service level staff was not conversant with PC operations.
