After careful evaluation of many products the bank selected Microimage HCM components for it's Time Management, Custom Allowance, Basic Profile Management and Employee Self Service. Further they opted for HID Secure ID card based device which is their global standard for access control and time and attendance.

Microimage together with their hardware partners fabricated the required data capture device to suit the Bank and implemented along with it's leading HCM4 Human Capital Management components which includes HCM4: Basic Profile Management, Time and Attendance, Employee Self Service, Alerting and Custom Allowance administration.  The solution is deployed across all branches and the corporate office connected to a single database instance, with central one click data download capability for attendance processing.

Microimage successfully delivered one of the most advanced time management solutions to manage Time and Attendance, Leave Management, Complex over time management for multiple shift/roster work environment which consist of two plants. The solution was running successfully with payroll integration for over  4 years. Later FDK implemented Microimage HCM4 profile manager & administrator which is the comprehensive human resource profile and administration component. This module was integrated to Microimage Time and Attendance thus eliminating manual entry and providing greater controls and visibility on information. FDK management can get employee profile information from anywhere within the corporate intranet with advanced query based business intelligence. System provides processes for transfers, promotions, increments, confirmation with alerting and even exit/resignations.  Further it facilitates generation of all the required letters through the advanced custom letter template builder.
