Microimage wins HRIS contract

"Microimage won this contract over intense competition from a number of foreign IT solution providers. Dhiraagu evaluated proposals for about a year before taking the decision to award the contract to us," said Harsha Purasinghe, CEO of Microimage.

The award-winning Microimage, is a 100% Sri Lankan owned company. In April 2005, Dialog GSM and Microimage launched Sinhala and Tamil mobile portals, which were hailed as a major breakthrough in local language access to the mobile Internet. Microimage now adds Dhiraagu to an impressive list of Human Capital clients that includes Dialog Telekom, HSBC, DFCC, Hemas Holdings, Cargills, Rocell, Lanka Bell, World Vision, APL Lanka, and FDK Lanka. Dhiraagu is the national telecommunications carrier of the Maldives, providing fixed line access to all 200 islands in the country.
